HOW TO USE GLO BIS ON ANDROID DEVICE

This article explains how to subscribe and use Glo BIS of 3GB at 1K on Android. There two main methods, one of which involves changing your IMEI and the other which you don’t have to change anything.

First Method

*Put the Glo sim card in a blackberry phone and subscribe to Glo BIS by texting COMONTH to 777 after loading N1000
Confirm the activation messages and browse on the blackberry phone for some minutes.

*Remove the sim card and insert in your Android phone. Make sure your data connection is off at this stage.
Create a new APN:

Go to “Settings” > “All Settings” > “More” > “Mobile Networks” > “Access Point Names”> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner to open the options and select “New APN” and edit it as follows
*Name: Glo BIS
- APN: blackberry.net
Leave the other options and tap on the 3 dots again to open, tap to “Save”.
Tap on the new settings (Glo BIS) to activate it as your default setting.
Switch on your data connection.

After a while, turn off the Android phone and remove the sim.
Insert the sim back to the Blackberry phone (make sure it si on 3G or H+ and it is displaying the BB sign beside it)
Browse heavily on the Blackberry for some minutes (with downloads if possible)

Finally, remove the sim and return it back to your Android phone and enjoy the Glo BIS on your Android.
. MAKE SURE you never switch off your phone. If you switch off and it is no longer connecting, you would need to redo the procedure.

Second Method

This involves changing your IMEI to bb imei.

NOTE:
change your Android imel before you put your glo sim inside.

Put the Glo sim card in a blackberry phone and subscribe to Glo BIS by texting COMONTH to 777 after loading N1000
Confirm the activation messages and browse on the blackberry phone for some minutes. (make sure it si on 3G or H+ and it is displaying the BB sign beside it)
Browse heavily on the Blackberry for some minutes (with downloads if possible)

To change your imei without stress: go and download " Chamelephon.apk then install and open it. Then u will see something like this:

IMEI 1: 123456789101112
IMEI 2: 123456789101112

NOTE:
IMEI 1 is for sim1
Imei 2 is for sim 2

So input your blackberry imei into anyone and remember if u put in imei 1 you are to put ur glo sim in sim 1 port. Likewise the other one also. Then follow the other step shown in the app.

After then:
*Remove the sim card and insert in your Android phone(to the port wich you change the ime). Make sure your data connection is off at this stage.
Create a new APN:

Then, Switch on your data connection.
