A major setback for the Governor Olusegun Mimiko and the Makarfi-led candidate of the Peoples Democratic party as the Court Of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Friday postponed its judgement on Ondo gubernatorial candidate tussle

"We hereby adjourn this appeal sine die (indefinitely) to await the decision of the apex court - Justice Saulawa said on Friday ruling.

 Governor Olusegun Mimiko's candidate and faction of the Makarfi-led Peoples Democratic party Eyitayo Jegede has challenged the decision of the Justice Abang high court decision for the removal of his name from the Independent Electoral Commission list for the November 26 governorship election in the state.
