SAGINAW, MI -- A 17-year-old Saginaw woman could face life in prison on charges she raped a 19-year-old man at knife point. Lestina Marie Smith was arraigned Tuesday morning, Jan. 17, on two felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. Each charge carries a maximum punishment of life in prison. The charges stem from a Jan. 11 incident in Saginaw Township where Smith allegedly held another Saginaw teen at knife point and engaged in oral and vaginal sex with him. Smith was denied bond and is being held in the Saginaw County Jail. Her next appearance in court is a preliminary examination on Feb. 3 to determine probable cause.

A teenage girl has been charged after allegedly holding down a 19-year-old man at knifepoint and raping him.

Lestina Marie Smith, 17, is accused of attacking the man in Saginaw, central Michigan, and forcing him to take part in both vaginal and MouthAction.

She is accused of pinning him to the ground at knifepoint before carrying out the assault.

She was was arraigned on Tuesday, M.LIve.com reported, charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and is next due in court on February 3.

If convicted, the 17-year-old could be sentenced to life in prison.

She was refused bail and is being held in Saginaw County Jail.
